08:52 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rocket Lab (RKLB) said Tuesday its Rocket Lab National Security subsidiary has completed its critical design review for the Space Development Agency's tranche 2 transport layer-beta program.

As a prime contractor, the company said it will deliver a constellation of 18 spacecraft for the program, which is part of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture, a communications network in low Earth orbit that supports connectivity for US and allied forces.
