04:42 PM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rocket Lab (RKLB) reported a Q2 loss Thursday of $0.13 per diluted share, wider than a loss of $0.08 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.10.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $144.5 million, up from $106.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $135.4 million.

The company said it expects Q3 revenue of $145 million to $155 million. Analysts expect $150.3 million.

Shares of Rocket Lab were down 2.1% in after-hours activity.
