11:15 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rocket Lab ( RKLB ) shares rose 6% to a record on Friday after the company said it signed two dedicated launch contracts with Japan's Aerospace Exploration Agency.

The Electron missions, scheduled for December 2025 and 2026, will deploy satellites under JAXA's Innovative Satellite Technology Demonstration Program, the company said.
