Rocket Lab USA Deploys Satellite for BlackSky

04:44 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rocket Lab USA ( RKLB ) said late Tuesday it has launched its 60th Electron rocket to deploy a satellite for intelligence firm BlackSky Technology's ( BKSY/WS ) Earth-imaging constellation.

The mission lifted-off from Rocket Lab's New Zealand launch complex late Tuesday and deployed the satellite to a 470-kilometer orbit, the company said.

The launch came 10 days after Rocket Lab's previous Electron launch, the company said.
