08:50 AM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rocket Pharmaceuticals ( RCKT ) said Wednesday that it has priced an upsized public offering of 13.2 million shares at $12.50 each, expected to raise $165 million in gross proceeds.

The company said the offering, slated to close around Thursday, includes a 30-day option for underwriters to purchase an additional 1.98 million shares.

Shares of the company were down 6% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
