Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory CFO to Resign

10:21 AM EDT, 05/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory ( RMCF ) said Friday Chief Financial Officer A. Allen Arroyo plans to resign, effective May 17.

Arroyo's resignation is not due to any disagreement with the company, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Rocky Mountain shares were down 1.4% in recent trading.

Price: 3.52, Change: -0.05, Percent Change: -1.40
