Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory's Jeff Geygan Steps Down as Board Chair After Interim CEO Appointment

11:06 AM EDT, 06/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory ( RMCF ) said Wednesday that Jeff Geygan has stepped down as board chair following his appointment as interim chief executive officer, to comply with the company's governance policies.

Starlette B. Johnson has been appointed as the new board chair.

Shares of the company were up 5.5% in recent trading.
