Rogers Ups Offer to Buy Back Some Senior Notes

07:35 AM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rogers Communications (RCI-A.TO and RCI-B.TO) on Monday said it has increased its offer to buy back some of its outstanding senior notes from the original $400 million to an amount that will cover all the relevantly tendered notes.

According to a statement, the new amount will exceed $900 million.

Additionally, Rogers will buy back $300 million of the 3.25% senior notes due 2029.

The offers expired on July 18.
