10:39 AM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rollins (ROL) said Wednesday it has acquired pest management company Saela to accelerate its growth strategy and expand its footprint in the US.

Additional details of the transaction will be disclosed in Q1 earnings call, Rollins added.

The company said it will fund the acquisition through cash on hand and commercial paper.
