07:22 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Roper Technologies ( ROP ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $5.14 per diluted share, up from $4.62 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $5.11.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $2.02 billion, compared with $1.77 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.03 billion.

For Q4, the company expects adjusted EPS of $5.11 to $5.16. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $5.23.

For 2025, Roper Technologies ( ROP ) narrowed its adjusted diluted EPS guidance to a range of $19.90 to $19.95, compared with prior outlook of $19.90 to $20.05. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $19.99.

The company also said its board has authorized a new share repurchase program of up to $3 billion.

Shares of the company were down 4.2% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
