March 24 (Reuters) - Software firm Roper Technologies ( ROP )

will acquire healthcare technology company CentralReach

from Insight Partners for about $1.65 billion, the company said

on Monday.

CentralReach is expected to contribute about $175 million to

revenue and $75 million earnings before interest, taxes,

depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) to 12 months ending June

30, 2026.

The transaction is expected to close in April or May

2025.
