Roth CH Acquisition to Delist From Nasdaq After Compliance Failures

04:43 AM EDT, 04/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Roth CH Acquisition ( USCT ) said Monday it is delisting its shares and warrants from the Nasdaq Global Market after failing to remain in compliance with rules requiring it to maintain a minimum of at least 400 shareholders and hold an annual meeting of shareholders.

The delisting is expected to become effective on or about April 25. Following the delisting, the company said it expects to have its class A ordinary shares, units and warrants quoted on a market operated by OTC Markets Group.
