Royal Caribbean Cruises Completes $2 Billion Offering of Notes

04:54 PM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Royal Caribbean Cruises ( RCL ) said Monday it has completed its private offering of $2 billion of 6% senior notes due 2033.

Proceeds from the sale of the notes, together with borrowings, will be used to redeem the company's 9.25% senior notes due 2029 and its 8.25% senior secured notes due 2029, the company said.
