08:22 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Royal Caribbean Cruises ( RCL ) announced on Monday a private offering of $1 billion in senior unsecured notes due 2031.

The company said the proceeds from the offering would be used to redeem its 7.25% Senior Notes due 2030, fully repay its Silver Dawn finance lease, and potentially reduce borrowings under its revolving credit facilities.
