04:29 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Royal Caribbean Group (RCL) said Monday it priced a $1.5 billion offering of 5.375% senior unsecured notes maturing Jan. 15, 2036.

The notes are set to be issued Oct. 1, subject to customary closing conditions, and the net proceeds will fund the delivery of Celebrity Xcel in place of drawing on an export credit facility, the company said.

Any remaining funds will be used to redeem or refinance existing borrowings, including revolver loans, Royal Caribbean said.
