Royal Caribbean Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Raises Full-Year Profit Forecast

07:19 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Royal Caribbean Group (RCL) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $5.75 per diluted share, up from $5.20 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $5.69.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $5.14 billion, up from $4.89 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $5.17 billion.

The company said it expects Q4 adjusted earnings of $2.74 to $2.79 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.90.

Royal Caribbean raised its full-year 2025 adjusted earnings outlook to $15.58 to $15.63 per share from $15.41 to $15.55 previously. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $15.70.

Shares of the company were down 7.5% in recent premarket activity.
