Royal Philips, Amazon Web Services Partner to Expand Cloud-Based Meidical Diagnostics

06:10 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Royal Philips (PHG) said Tuesday it was expanding its collaboration with Amazon ( AMZN ) Web Services to offer cloud-based medical diagnostics in radiology, digital pathology, cardiology, and AI advanced visualization solutions.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The initiative is aimed at improving access to medical insights across clinical specialties, potentially improving outcomes.

Philips said it has already transitioned over 150 sites across the Americas to Philips HealthSuite Imaging on Amazon Web Services and is attempting to speed cloud migrations in Europe.
