Royalty Pharma Closes Acquisition of External Manager

04:44 PM EDT, 05/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Royalty Pharma ( RPRX ) said Friday that it completed the acquisition of its external manager, RP Management LLC.

Royalty Pharma ( RPRX ) said it will update its full-year 2025 guidance to incorporate the internalization with the release of its Q2 results.
