Royalty Pharma Prices $2 Billion Debt Offering

04:11 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Royalty Pharma ( RPRX ) said late Tuesday it has priced an offering of $2 billion worth of senior unsecured notes.

The offering is comprised of $600 million of 4.450% notes due 2031, $900 million of 5.200% notes due 2035, and $500 million of 5.950% notes due 2055, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on Sept. 16.

Royalty Pharma ( RPRX ) said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
