11:25 AM EDT, 10/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RPM International ( RPM ) said Thursday it acquired TMP Convert, a manufacturer of outdoor design and landscaping products.

TMP Convert will become part of the company's Fibergrate Structures unit in the Performance Coatings Group, according to RPM. Financial details weren't disclosed.

TMP Convert's President Thierry Convert will continue to lead the team, focusing on growth with Fibergrate's Bison unit and the Performance Coatings Group, RPM said.
