RPM International's Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings Increase, Net Sales Decline

07:30 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RPM International ( RPM ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $1.56 per diluted share, up from $1.36 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.56.

Net sales for the quarter ended May 31 were $2.01 billion, compared with $2.02 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $2.01 billion.

The company said it expects fiscal Q1 sales to be approximately flat year on year. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect a revenue of $2.04 billion.

For fiscal 2025, RPM International ( RPM ) expects a low-single-digit percentage increase in sales. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $7.55 billion in revenue.

The company's shares were 2% up in recent premarket activity.
