RTX Raytheon Unit Awarded US Army Contract for Future Battlefield Experiments

09:23 AM EDT, 07/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RTX (RTX) said Wednesday the US Army Futures Command Futures and Concepts Center has awarded the defense services company's Raytheon unit a contract to use Raytheon's simulator environment for large-scale military concept experimentation.

The value of the contract was not provided.

RTX said the contract will allow Raytheon to create large-scale theater scenarios to help Futures and Concepts Center leaders assess concepts of operations in a multi-domain conflict.
