05:42 PM EDT, 03/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RTX (RTX) won a $3.81 billion boost to its contract with the US navy involving the production of F135 propulsion systems in support of F-35 aircraft production for the Joint Strike Fighter program, the US Department of War said late Monday.

The majority of project work will be performed in the company's Connecticut, Indiana, and Washington facilities, according to a statement.
