RTX Unit Signs 12-Year Maintenance Deal With Cebu Pacific for GTF Engine Fleet

10:33 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RTX's (NYSE: RTX) Pratt & Whitney unit has signed a 12-year comprehensive maintenance agreement with Cebu Pacific for its GTF engine fleet.

The agreement provides full maintenance support for the GTF engines ordered in 2024 by Manila-based Cebu Pacific, RTX said Monday in a statement.

"Through Pratt & Whitney's fleet management programs, the airline gains access to technical expertise, fleet data, and business intelligence, ensuring greater transparency and predictability in maintenance planning," the statement said.

Financial details of the agreement weren't disclosed.
