09:55 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RTX's (RTX) Pratt & Whitney and Frontier Airlines (ULCC) said Monday that Pratt & Whitney GTF engines have been selected for 91 Airbus A321neo airplanes for Frontier.

The first of the planes is slated for delivery in Q4 2026, the companies said, adding Pratt & Whitney will also provide Frontier with engine maintenance via a long-term service deal.

The latest order brings Frontier's total commitment to 235 GTF-powered A320neo family aircraft, including already delivered planes, the companies said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
