02:42 PM EDT, 05/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RTX's (RTX) Raytheon said Friday it has been awarded a $580 million follow-on production contract from the US Navy for the Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band system.

The company said it will facilitate additional NGJ-MB pod shipsets production, including pods for the Royal Australian Air Force alongside spares and support equipment.

Work under the contract will take place in Mississippi, Texas, California, and Massachusetts through 2028, it said.
