04:10 AM EDT, 03/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RTX's (RTX) Collins Aerospace subsidiary said late Wednesday it has delivered the first aircraft seats produced at its facility in the Philippines to Airbus.

Collins' Meridian main cabin seats are part of Airbus' narrow body platform, it said.

The Philippine facility is anticipated to triple its seating assembly capacity throughout 2024.
