10:07 AM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rubico ( RUBI ) shares were up more than 42% in recent Tuesday trading after the company said it has extended the time charter agreements for both of its ECO tanker vessels.

The shipping transportation services company said both vessels will continue earning $32,850 per day until Jan. 11, 2027, and $29,990 per day for the following four years.

Rubico ( RUBI ) said other terms of the charters remain unchanged, including the charterer's option to extend each vessel for two additional years at $34,750 per day for the first optional year and $36,750 per day for the second.

The company said the extensions bring its total contracted revenue backlog to $120.8 million.
