04:40 PM EDT, 06/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rubicon Technologies (RBT) said it has received a notification from the New York Stock Exchange indicating that its shares will be delisted and trading of its Class A stock was suspended after market close Friday.

Rubicon said it plans to appeal the NYSE decision.

Rubicon said its Class A shares will start trading on the OTC markets on Monday.
