Rubrik Files Registration Statement for IPO

04:42 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rubrik said Monday it has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission related to its proposed initial public offering of class A common shares.

The cybersecurity company said it has not yet determined the number of shares to be sold or a price range for the IPO. It intends to trade the shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol, "RBRK."

Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities will serve as lead bookrunning managers for the offering.
