Rubrik Fiscal Q2 Loss Narrows, Revenue Increases

04:23 PM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rubrik ( RBRK ) reported a fiscal Q2 non-GAAP loss Tuesday of $0.03 per diluted share, narrower than a loss of $0.40 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.35.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $309.9 million, up from $205 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $282.2 million.

The company expects a Q3 non-GAAP net loss per share of $0.18 to $0.16 on revenue of $319 million to $321 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect a loss of $0.26 and $301.9 million.

The company expects a fiscal 2026 non-GAAP net loss per share of $0.50 to $0.44 on revenue of $1.23 billion to $1.24 billion.

The previous guidance was a non-GAAP net loss per share of $1.02 to $0.96 on revenue of $1.18 billion to $1.19 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect a loss of $0.98 and $1.19 billion.
