Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said the collaboration includes guidance, system integration, and managed support to help clients manage cyber threats across on-site, cloud, and SaaS environments.

Shares of Rubrik ( RBRK ) were up over 2% in recent Monday premarket activity.
