01:19 PM EDT, 04/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rubrik's ( RBRK ) shares jumped 23% in recent Thursday trading in their debut on the New York Stock Exchange after the opening at $38.60 topped the initial public offering price at $32.

The offering comprised 23.5 million shares of class A common stock. Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to 3.525 million more shares, the company said Wednesday.

The IPO is set to close Monday.
