10:04 AM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rumble (RUM) said Friday it achieved a new record for concurrent livestream viewers during Thursday's debate between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump.

The video platform operator said the stream peaked at 718,909 viewers, according to Streams Charts, a streaming analytics firm.

Rumble also set a record for bandwidth throughput on its own content delivery network, the company added.
