09:08 AM EDT, 03/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Runway Growth Finance ( RWAY ) said Friday it has amended its credit agreement with KeyCorp's ( KEY ) KeyBank National Association, extending the credit facility's maturity and revolving period.

The amendment also allows expanded funding options for its borrowers, Runway said.

The specialty finance company also said Ted Goldthorpe was appointed as chairman and will serve as an interested Class II director until the 2027 annual stockholders meeting.
