04:36 PM EDT, 07/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rupert Resources ( RUPRF ) on Friday said it filed a final short form prospectus in connection with its previously announced $25-million bought-deal share offering.

The company said the filing is to qualify the distribution of 6.98-million shares of the company at a price of $3.58 per share and up to an additional 1.05-million shares as in over-allotment option.

Closing is expected on or about Aug. 1.

The company will also offer in a concurrent private placement approximately 1.8-million shares on substantially the same terms as the Offering.

Rupert shares closed p $0.02 to $3.61 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
