08:31 AM EDT, 05/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rupert Resources ( RUPRF ) , which rose 1.8% yesterday, said on Wednesday that its fourth-quarter loss narrowed amid a decrease in general and administrative costs, a decline in impairment of exploration and evaluation assets, and a decrease in share-based payments.
The company reported a fourth-quarter total comprehensive loss attributable to owners of the parent of $1.6 million, or $0.01 per share, down from a loss of $4.1 million, or $0.02 per share, a year earlier.
Loss from continuing operations for the quarter ended Feb. 29 was $684,643, or $0.00 per share, as compared with a loss of $6.6 million, or $0.03 per share, a year ago.
The company did not report revenue in either quarter.
The company's stock was up 1.8% in Canada yesterday.
