Rupert Resources Reports "Exceptional" Results from Metallurgical Testwork at Ikkari Project in Finland
Sep 3, 2024 7:10 AM

09:07 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rupert Resources ( RUPRF ) said Tuesday that it achieved "exceptional" results from metallurgical testwork at the Ikkari project in Finland.

Rupert said bulk sample demonstrated 96.4% gold recovery from a head grade of 1.99 grams per tonne (g/t), including a significant gravity recoverable gold component.

The company said variability samples returned recoveries between 93.4% and 98.8%, highlighting the consistent high recoveries across a range of head grades.

Meanwhile, drilling results include 192 meters at 3.6 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, including 12.45 meters at 9.8 g/t gold.

Regional exploration results also include 2 meters at 13.2 g/t gold and 18 meters at 0.9 g/t gold.

"As we work towards completion of the [pre-feasibility study], the best-in-class metallurgical results reported today show the potential to further increase the future revenues from Ikkari whilst at the same time simplifying the process plant design," CEO James Withall said.

Rupert said it has highlighted seven priority targets for drill testing in the winter 2024/2025 drill season.
