Russian attack on Sumy region cuts power to 50,000 people

July 23 (Reuters) - A Russian overnight attack on an

energy facility in Ukraine's northern Sumy region cut power to

50,400 consumers, Ukraine's energy ministry said on Tuesday.

It said via Telegram that consumers in 72 settlements were

affected.
