July 22 (Reuters) - Russia's air defence systems
destroyed eight Ukraine-launched drones near the town of Tuapse
on the Black Sea where Russia's oil major Rosneft has
a refinery, a local official said on Monday.
"As of 5 a.m. (0200 GMT), no damage to infrastructure or
residential buildings was detected, and there were no
casualties," Sergei Boiko, head of the Tuapse district in the
Krasnodar region, said on the Telegram messaging app.
Russia's SHOT and Mash Telegram news channels reported that
a series of blasts where heard near the Tuapse refinery in early
Monday hours.
