MOSCOW, Nov 7 (Reuters) - Russian oil company Lukoil
on Thursday denied a media report that it was holding
talks on the sale of a refinery in Bulgaria to a Qatari-British
consortium.
The Financial Times newspaper reported on Tuesday that
Lukoil was in such talks.
In a statement, Lukoil said that "no discussions are being
held with the aforementioned Qatari-British consortium and no
communications with the authorities of the Russian Federation
took place on the subject."
