Russia's VTB files new claim against firms related to JPMorgan

MOSCOW, March 26 (Reuters) - Russia's second-largest

lender, VTB, filed a new claim against firms related to the

largest U.S. bank, JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ), for 108.6 million

euros, court documents showed on Wednesday.

In October 2024, reviewing an earlier claim, a Russian court

ordered the seizure of funds in JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) bank accounts in

Russia, totaling $155.8 million, as VTB seeks damages over funds

blocked abroad.
