07:40 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RXO (RXO) said Monday that it completed its acquisition of Coyote Logistics from UPS for $1.03 billion, making it the third-largest brokered transportation provider in North America.

With this acquisition, the company said it now offers increased network density and additional power lanes for customers, including access to more customers with opportunities to decrease deadhead miles for carriers.
