Ryan Specialty Completes Velocity Risk Underwriters Acquisition

04:35 PM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ryan Specialty ( RYAN ) said Monday it completed its acquisition of managing general underwriter Velocity Risk Underwriters from funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management.

The deal was announced on Jan. 7, Ryan said.

Shares of Ryan Specialty ( RYAN ) were up more than 2% in after-hours trading.
