Ryde Closes $4.5 Million Public Offering

12:38 PM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ryde Group ( RYDE ) on Friday announced the closing of a $4.5 million public offering.

The company issued 5.3 million units at $0.85 each. Each unit is made up of a Class A common share and a warrant that can be exchanged for a common stock at $0.85 apiece.

Shares of the company fell 4.7% in recent trading.
