07:36 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ryder System (R) said Monday it has agreed to buy Pit Stop Fleet Service.

The acquisition, which will likely close Aug. 1, expands Ryder's retail mobile maintenance business Torque by Ryder into 140 cities in 20 states, the company said.

The deal is anticipated to add roughly $24 million worth of gross revenue to the Torque by Ryder business in 2025, the company added.
