Ryman Hospitality Properties Q3 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Increase; 2024 Guidance Lifted

05:38 PM EST, 11/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ryman Hospitality Properties ( RHP ) reported Q3 adjusted funds from operations late Monday of $1.93 per diluted share, up from $1.81 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.47.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $550.0 million, up from $528.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $547.1 million.

The company raised its full-year 2024 adjusted FFO outlook to a range of $8.39 to $8.68 per share from prior guidance of $8.29 to $8.67. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $7.08.

The company increased its quarterly dividend to $1.15 per share from $1.10. The dividend is payable on Jan. 15 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 31.
