Ryman Hospitality Properties Q4 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Rise; Dividend Maintained

04:47 PM EST, 02/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ryman Hospitality Properties ( RHP ) reported Q4 adjusted diluted funds from operations Thursday of $2.15 a share, up from $2.08 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.15.

Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 rose to $647.6 million from $633.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $608.4 million.

The company expects 2025 adjusted diluted FFO of $8.24 to $8.86 a share.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $8.41.

The company maintained a quarterly dividend of $1.15 a share, payable April 15 to investors of record March 31.
