12:39 PM EST, 11/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ryvyl ( RVYL ) and Roundtable said Thursday that Aly Madhavji will join the soon-to-be-merged company as chief financial officer.

As CFO, Madhavji will oversee financial strategy during the merger process and Nasdaq listing, the companies said, adding that current Ryvyl CFO George Oliva will transition to the role of chief accounting officer once the merger is complete.

In late September, Ryvyl ( RVYL ) said it agreed to merge with Roundtable in a $75 million deal, which is expected to close by the end of 2025, subject to shareholder approval and other closing conditions.

Upon completion, James Heckman will become chief executive officer, and Walton Comer will serve as chairman of a seven-member board. The merged company will be renamed RTB Digital and will operate under the Roundtable brand, the companies said.
