08:00 AM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sable Offshore ( SOC ) said it is set to move Monday to update its lawsuit against the California Coastal Commission to formally seek more than $347 million in damages for the delay in restarting its Las Flores oil pipeline.
The filing will follow a November 2024 order that made Sable pause pipeline repairs and a February restart after it confirmed the repairs were allowed under local permits, the company said.
Sable also said it asked a Kern County court on Sept. 29 to rule that parts of SB 237 don't apply to the Las Flores system.
Shares of the company went up over 2% in recent Monday premarket activity.
